Kush Patel is an Associate in the Dallas offices of Godwin Bowman PC, focusing his practice on commercial and business litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving banking, executive compensation, and related business litigation issues.

Mr. Patel received his Juris Doctor degree from Baylor Law School. While in law school, he was on Baylor Law Review and the Moot Court team. He was also a research assistant to both Professors Rory Ryan and Jim Wren and finished as a semi-finalist in Baylor's "Mad Dog" Mock Trial Competition. Kush received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in History, from the University of Texas at Austin.
