Alexa Balderrama is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC. Alexa’s primary focus is on commercial and business litigation matters in a broad range of complex legal issues.  Her practice includes civil and commercial litigation, defending national corporations, real estate law, family law, and estate planning/probate law.

Alexa received her Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Alexa served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th District Court and worked as a law clerk for litigation firms. Alexa was also an editor for the International Law Review Association, a mentor in the student bar association, and a teaching assistant for Professor Dureus’s legal writing, research, and advocacy course.  Alexa received her Bachelor of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Alexa is proficient in Spanish.
