Benjamin is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC. Benjamin’s primary focus is on commercial and business litigation matters in a broad range of complex legal issues.  His practice includes civil and commercial litigation, defending national corporations, trade secrets, breach of contract, and defamation.

Benjamin received his Master of Laws degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Benjamin was a recipient of the esteemed Dean’s Scholarship and while at SMU, gained experience as a Corporate Counsel Extern for Yum! Brands, Inc.
