Daniel Weinstein is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC. Daniel’s primary focus is on commercial and business litigation matters in a broad range of complex legal issues. His practice includes civil and commercial litigation, defending national corporations, trade secrets, breach of contract, and defamation.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M University School of Law. While at Texas A&M, Daniel served on the Journal of Property Law. He also worked as Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and participated in Mock Trial. Daniel was a law clerk in the United State Senate for Senator Patty Murray. He volunteered for the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Office of General Counsel, Dallas, TX. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts, in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Dallas.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Direct and manage all phases of debt resolution before the IRS for high-stakes cases involving an average of $150,000–$300,000 of liability.
- Develop case strategy pertaining to multi-million dollar business disputes. He has represented a variety of persons such as managing members, executive management, limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships, and limited partnerships. He has also represented commercial and residential developers.
