Grace Lee is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC. Ms. Lee’s primary focus is on commercial and business litigation matters in a broad range of complex legal issues. Her practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and business disputes, contract disputes, employment, real estate, and other business litigation issues.
Grace received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics & International Business from the University of Oklahoma. While at SMU, Grace was an Articles Editor for the International Law Review Association, Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, Participant in the Thomas Tang Regional Moot Court Competition, President of the SMU Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Vice President of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and a Law Student Member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
