Monica Niewiarowski is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC. Ms. Niewiarowski’s primary focus is on commercial litigation and business litigation in a broad range of complex legal matters in both state and federal courts.
Monica received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor for Business for the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics and competed in Extramural Moot Court. She also assisted low-income residents in landlord-tenant matters through a housing clinic coordinated by the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. Monica received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Monica is fluent in Polish.
