Donald E Godwin Appointed to SMU Dedman Executive Board

Godwin Bowman Chairman and CEO Donald E. Godwin has been invited to serve on the Executive Board of the SMU Dedman School of Law.

He was selected by SMU President Gerald Turner and Dedman School of Law Dean Jason Nance to join the board. He joins an impressive group of renowned alumni ad community leaders on the board. He will serve a three-year term, effective April 1, 2024.

Mr. Godwin was recently honored at the Dedman School of Law’s Distinguished Achievement Awards as the 13th recipient of the Robert G. Storey Award for Distinguished Lifetime Achievement. He previously received SMU’s Distinguished Alumni Award for Private Practice in 2003.
