DALLAS – Texas trial and appellate firm Godwin Bowman PC PC is pleased to announce the promotion of Associates Aaron B. Gottlieb and Michael A. Holmes to Senior Attorney.
Aaron Gottlieb represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights’ issues, including contested matters and/or adversary proceedings in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Representation of creditors in UCC Securitization issues is another important aspect of his practice. In the community, Aaron is very active in Texas Special Olympics, where he is the Head of Delegation of the Dallas Fighting Maccabees. He is also a regional board member of the AntiDefamation League. Mr. Gottlieb earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2009.
Michael Holmes represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business and commercial disputes, involving contracts, securities, trusts and probate, banking, employment, energy and environmental issues. He is very involved in the area of cybersecurity, including software disputes, data security and privacy, and has presented numerous papers, articles and lectures on these topics. Active in the community, he is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals as well as a member of the Young Professionals in Energy. Mr. Holmes received his Juris Doctor degree from the Baylor School of Law in 2012.
