Godwin Bowman Attorneys Selected Among Nation’s Best

Seven Godwin Bowman attorneys have earned 2025 recognition from The Best Lawyers in America®, one of the oldest and most-respected legal guides in the United States. Selection is based solely on exhaustive peer-review evaluations and independent editorial research. 

Chairman and CEO Donald Godwin was selected among the nation’s top Commercial Litigation attorneys for a 14^th consecutive year. He earned recognition for his Banking and Finance and Trusts and Estates litigation work.  

Executive Vice President Bruce Bowman Jr. earned his first Best Lawyers selection in the areas of Trusts & Estates and Bankruptcy litigation.  

President and Managing Shareholder Shawn McCaskill  was honored for a fifth time among the nation’s top Appellate and Commercial Litigation attorneys.  

Family Law Section Chair Laci Bowman was recognized in both Family Law and Commercial Litigation for a sixth time. 

Earning her first Best Lawyers selection was Shareholder Stefanie McGregor. She earned recognition for her Appellate practice and Commercial Litigation work.
