Laci Bowman, Charmaine Voorhees Becken Earn 2023 Texas Rising Stars Honors

Godwin Bowman PC shareholders Laci Bowman and Charmaine Voorhees Becken have earned Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars recognition. The prestigious legal guide recognizes the top Texas attorneys age 40 or younger or who have been in practice fewer than 10 years.

In addition to an impressive 11^th consecutive selection among the state’s top Family Law attorneys, Laci earned recognition among the Top 50 Up & Coming Women attorneys for a seventh time and among the Top 100 Up & Coming attorneys in the state for a sixth time. The supplemental honors are presented regardless of an attorney’s primary area of practice.

Laci represents clients in a wide range of divorce and other Family Law-related matters. The chair of the Godwin Bowman Family Law section, she is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Charmaine was honored based on her business litigation work. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business and commercial disputes, including those involving complex legal issues, contractual claims, partnership disputes, and employment matters.

Rising Stars recognition is based on lawyer nominations, peer review and independent research, and includes no more than 2.5 percent of eligible lawyers.
