Mr. Godwin, a veteran trial attorney, is being recognized by the exclusive ratings service for his exceptional commercial litigation work in Dallas-Fort Worth.
One of the most respected and tenacious trial lawyers in Texas, Mr. Godwin has tried significant jury cases in courts throughout Texas and the United States throughout his more than 50 years in practice. Board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he has established a unique reputation for being able to make complicated matters of law understandable for juries.
His practice covers a broad range of areas with an emphasis on complex litigation, including oil and gas, high-stakes legal disputes, and environmental matters.
