Sid Scheinberg Earns Place Among Lawdragon Leading Global Bankruptcy Lawyers

For a second consecutive year, Sid Scheinberg, chair of the Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights section of Godwin Bowman PC, has been recognized among the Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy & Restructuring Lawyers. 

The recognized attorneys are those who “get the Mayday call when companies and other major entities face crises that imperil their existence” then “dazzle with the breadth of experience in law and life they bring to the practice of tuning out the noise and finding the path forward through tough negotiation, litigation or complex financial arrangements,” according to Lawdragon. 

Mr. Scheinberg regularly represents clients in complex and critical cases, with an emphasis on the secured creditors, such as automobile finance companies and national banking associations. A frequent speaker at National Association of Chapter Thirteen Trustees and National Creditors Bar Association meetings, he also has taught a variety of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses on Bankruptcy.
