Michael Hess is an Associate Attorney in the Dallas office of Godwin Bowman PC, where his practice focuses on commercial and business litigation across a broad spectrum of complex legal matters. He represents clients in both state and federal court, with experience that includes civil litigation, real estate disputes, construction defect claims, premises liability, and the defense of national corporations in high-exposure cases. Michael also has experience handling civil matters involving property damage, contract disputes, and other commercial conflicts.

Michael earned his associate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, where he competed in track and field. He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and later received his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas.
