Naomi White Chancy focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, representing secured creditors such as national banking associations and automobile finance companies in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings.
Before entering private practice, Naomi served more than 20 years with the Social Security Administration, where she held positions as a specialist, technical expert, manager, and public affairs analyst. Her federal career included training attorneys on Social Security law and preparing high-level reports for senior government officials, including the White House.
Naomi earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law and holds a Master of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University–Commerce. She draws on her extensive government experience to effectively represent creditors in bankruptcy litigation.
